1. 서비스 개요

PlayBall은 야구 선수의 성장 기록이 평생 쌓이는 코칭 플랫폼입니다. 본 약관은 PlayBall 앱(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 규정합니다.

2. 회원가입 및 계정

• 서비스 이용을 위해 회원가입이 필요합니다.
• 이용자는 정확한 정보를 제공하여야 하며, 허위 정보 제공 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 계정은 본인만 사용할 수 있으며, 타인에게 양도할 수 없습니다.
• 이용자는 앱 내 설정에서 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 요청 후 유예기간을 거쳐 모든 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다.

3. 서비스 이용

3.1 사용자 유형

• 선수 (무료): 기본 코칭 기록 열람, 원격 피드백 1회, 3개월 히스토리
• 선수 (프리미엄): 무제한 원격 피드백, 영상 저장, 전체 히스토리, 성장 통계, 광고 제거
• 코치 (개인): 회원 관리, AI 리포트 작성, 마켓플레이스 등록
• 아카데미: 코치 다수 통합 관리, 선수 데이터 공유, 통합 브랜딩

3.2 체크인

• 선수는 QR코드 또는 4자리 코드로 레슨에 체크인할 수 있습니다.
• 같은 날 같은 코치에게 중복 체크인은 불가합니다.
• 체크인한 선수에 대해서만 코칭 리포트 작성이 가능합니다.

3.3 코칭 리포트

• 코치가 작성한 리포트는 코치가 삭제할 수 없으며, 선수만 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• AI가 생성한 리포트는 코치의 입력을 기반으로 하며, 코치의 최종 확인 후 전송됩니다.

3.4 영상 피드백

• 선수는 코치에게 영상을 업로드하여 원격 피드백을 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 무료 회원은 1회, 프리미엄 회원은 무제한 이용 가능합니다.
• 코치는 피드백 요청을 수락하거나 거절할 수 있습니다.

4. 구독 및 결제

4.1 구독 요금

• 선수 프리미엄: 월 9,900원 ~ 연 69,900원 (기간에 따라 상이)
• 코치 (개인): 월 50,000원
• 아카데미: 월 80,000원~ (코치 수에 따라 상이)
• 정확한 가격은 앱 스토어 표시 금액이 적용됩니다.

4.2 결제

• 모든 구독 결제는 Google Play Store 또는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리됩니다.
• 구독은 취소하지 않는 한 자동으로 갱신됩니다.

4.3 환불

• 환불은 각 스토어(Apple/Google)의 환불 정책에 따릅니다.

• Google: Google Play 환불 정책

4.4 구독 해지

• 구독 해지 후에도 남은 구독 기간 동안 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 프리미엄 구독 해지 시 1개월 유예 후 저장된 영상이 삭제됩니다.

4.5 커스텀 템플릿

• 커스텀 템플릿은 1회 결제(150,000원) 상품입니다.
• 결제 즉시 제작이 시작되므로 환불이 불가합니다.

5. AI 서비스

• PlayBall은 AI를 활용하여 코칭 리포트 생성, 트레이닝 프로그램 추천, 선수 분석 등의 기능을 제공합니다.
• AI가 생성한 콘텐츠는 참고 목적이며, 전문 의료 또는 체육 지도를 대체하지 않습니다.
• AI 서비스의 정확성을 보장하지 않으며, 최종 판단은 코치와 선수의 책임입니다.

6. 광고

• 무료 회원에게는 Google AdMob을 통한 광고가 표시됩니다.
• 프리미엄 회원에게는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.

7. 콘텐츠 및 지적재산권

• 앱 내 모든 콘텐츠(UI, 텍스트, 아이콘 등)의 저작권은 PlayBall에 있습니다.
• 코치가 작성한 리포트의 저작권은 해당 코치에게 있습니다.
• 선수가 업로드한 영상의 저작권은 해당 선수에게 있습니다.
• 콘텐츠의 무단 복제, 배포, 상업적 이용은 금지됩니다.

8. 금지 행위

이용자는 다음 행위를 할 수 없습니다:

• 타인의 계정을 사용하거나 도용하는 행위
• 허위 정보를 등록하거나 타인을 사칭하는 행위
• 서비스를 이용하여 불법적인 활동을 하는 행위
• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 다른 이용자의 개인정보를 무단으로 수집하는 행위

9. 면책 조항

• PlayBall은 코칭 기록 관리 플랫폼을 제공하며, 코칭의 품질이나 결과에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.
• AI가 생성한 리포트 및 트레이닝 프로그램은 참고용이며, 부상이나 건강 문제에 대한 책임은 지지 않습니다.
• 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 특정 목적에 대한 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.
• 네트워크 장애, 기기 호환성 등으로 인한 서비스 이용 불가에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

10. 서비스 변경 및 중단

• PlayBall은 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
• 유료 서비스 변경 시 사전 공지하며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경의 경우 30일 전 공지합니다.

11. 약관 변경

• 본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
• 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

12. 준거법 및 관할

• 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.
• 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

1. Service Overview

PlayBall is a coaching platform where baseball players’ growth records accumulate over a lifetime. These terms govern your use of the PlayBall app (“Service”).

2. Registration and Account

• Account registration is required to use the Service.
• Users must provide accurate information; providing false information may result in restricted access.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual.
• Users can request account deletion in the app settings. All data is permanently deleted after a grace period following the request.

3. Use of Service

3.1 User Types

• Player (Free): Basic coaching record viewing, 1 remote feedback, 3-month history
• Player (Premium): Unlimited remote feedback, video storage, full history, growth statistics, ad-free
• Coach (Individual): Member management, AI reports, marketplace listing
• Academy: Multi-coach management, shared player data, unified branding

3.2 Check-in

• Players can check in to lessons via QR code or 4-digit code.
• Duplicate check-ins with the same coach on the same day are not allowed.
• Coaching reports can only be written for checked-in players.

3.3 Coaching Reports

• Reports written by coaches cannot be deleted by coaches; only players can delete them.
• AI-generated reports are based on coach input and are sent after coach confirmation.

3.4 Video Feedback

• Players can upload videos to request remote feedback from coaches.
• Free users get 1 request; premium users get unlimited requests.
• Coaches may accept or decline feedback requests.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Player Premium: ₩9,900/month to ₩69,900/year (varies by duration)
• Coach (Individual): ₩50,000/month
• Academy: From ₩80,000/month (varies by number of coaches)
• Exact prices are as displayed in the app store.

4.2 Payment

• All subscription payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

4.3 Refunds

• Refunds follow the respective store’s refund policy.

4.4 Cancellation

• After cancellation, the service remains available for the remaining subscription period.
• Stored videos are deleted 1 month after premium subscription cancellation.

4.5 Custom Templates

• Custom templates are a one-time purchase (₩150,000).
• Production begins immediately upon payment; refunds are not available.

5. AI Services

• PlayBall uses AI for coaching report generation, training program recommendations, and player analysis.
• AI-generated content is for reference purposes and does not replace professional medical or athletic guidance.
• Accuracy of AI services is not guaranteed; final judgment is the responsibility of coaches and players.

6. Advertising

• Free users will see advertisements via Google AdMob.
• Premium users will not see advertisements.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• All app content (UI, text, icons, etc.) is copyrighted by PlayBall.
• Reports written by coaches are copyrighted by the respective coaches.
• Videos uploaded by players are copyrighted by the respective players.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use or impersonate another person’s account
• Register false information or impersonate others
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Interfere with normal service operations
• Collect other users’ personal information without authorization

9. Disclaimer

• PlayBall provides a coaching record management platform and does not guarantee coaching quality or results.
• AI-generated reports and training programs are for reference only; we are not liable for injuries or health issues.
• The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
• We are not liable for service unavailability due to network issues, device compatibility, etc.

10. Service Changes

• PlayBall may modify or discontinue the Service.
• Changes to paid services will be announced in advance; changes adverse to users will be announced 30 days prior.

11. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated, with changes communicated through the app or this page.
• If you disagree with updated terms, you may discontinue use and delete your account.

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
