PlayBall은 야구 코칭 플랫폼 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 정보를 수집합니다.

회원가입 시 수집하는 정보

• 필수 정보: 이름, 이메일 주소, 비밀번호
• 선수 추가 정보: 나이, 포지션, 야구 경력, 현재 컨디션, 부상 이력, 훈련 현황, 목표
• 코치 추가 정보: 코칭 경력, 전문 분야, 자격 사항, 프로필 사진

서비스 이용 중 수집하는 정보

• 코칭 기록: 레슨 체크인 기록, 코칭 리포트, 선수 평가 데이터
• 영상 데이터: 원격 피드백용 업로드 영상 (프리미엄 회원)
• 선수 기록: 타격, 투구, 수비 퍼포먼스 데이터
• 결제 정보: 구독 내역, 결제 상태 (카드 정보는 Google Play/Apple에서 직접 관리)

자동으로 수집되는 정보

• 기기 정보: 기기 모델, 운영체제 버전 (앱 안정성 개선 목적)
• 앱 사용 데이터: 앱 실행 횟수, 기능 사용 통계 (서비스 개선 목적)

3. AI 데이터 처리

PlayBall은 AI(Claude, Anthropic)를 활용하여 코칭 리포트를 생성합니다.

• 코치가 입력한 설문 데이터가 AI에 전달되어 전문적인 코칭 리포트로 변환됩니다.
• AI에 전달되는 데이터는 리포트 생성 목적으로만 사용되며, AI 모델 학습에 사용되지 않습니다.
• 선수의 훈련 데이터를 기반으로 맞춤형 트레이닝 프로그램이 생성됩니다.

5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

• 코칭 기록: 계정 유지 기간 동안 보관됩니다.
• 영상 데이터: 프리미엄 구독 해지 시 1개월 유예 후 삭제됩니다. 무료 회원은 영상이 저장되지 않습니다.
• 히스토리: 무료 회원은 최근 3개월, 프리미엄 회원은 무제한 보관됩니다.
• 결제 기록: 관련 법령에 따라 보관됩니다.
• 계정 삭제 시: 삭제 요청 후 유예기간을 거쳐 모든 데이터(DB 기록, 저장된 영상 파일)가 영구 삭제됩니다.

6. 아동 보호

PlayBall은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 된 경우, 해당 정보를 즉시 삭제합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 서비스를 이용하려면 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 다음 권리를 가집니다:

• 자신의 개인정보를 열람, 수정할 수 있습니다.
• 계정 삭제를 요청하여 모든 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. (앱 내 설정에서 가능)
• 기기 설정에서 광고 추적을 거부할 수 있습니다.
• 푸시 알림 수신을 거부할 수 있습니다.
• 데이터 이동권을 행사할 수 있습니다.

8. 데이터 보안

• 모든 데이터 전송은 HTTPS(TLS) 암호화를 통해 보호됩니다.
• 비밀번호는 단방향 암호화하여 저장됩니다.

• Player additional info: Age, position, baseball experience, current condition, injury history, training status, goals
• Coach additional info: Coaching experience, specialization, qualifications, profile photo

Information Collected During Service Use

• Coaching records: Lesson check-in records, coaching reports, player assessment data
• Video data: Uploaded videos for remote feedback (premium members)
• Player records: Batting, pitching, and fielding performance data
• Payment information: Subscription history, payment status (card details are managed directly by Google Play/Apple)

Automatically Collected Information

• Device information: Device model, OS version (for app stability)
• Usage data: App launches, feature usage statistics (for service improvement)
• Advertising data: Advertising identifier (for ad display to free users via Google AdMob)
• Crash logs: Error reports (via Firebase Crashlytics)

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Coaching records: Retained while the account is active.
• Video data: Deleted 1 month after premium subscription cancellation. Free users’ videos are not stored.
• History: Free users retain 3 months; premium users retain unlimited history.
• Payment records: Retained as required by applicable laws.
• Account deletion: Upon deletion request, all data (database records, stored video files) is permanently deleted after a grace period.

6. Children’s Privacy

PlayBall does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 14. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. Children under 14 require parental consent to use the service.

7. Your Rights

• You can view and modify your personal information.
• You can request account deletion to remove all your data (available in app settings).
• You can opt out of ad tracking in your device settings.
