1. 서비스 개요
마음카드는 모임에서 서로를 깊이 알아가는 질문 카드 게임 앱입니다. 본 약관은 마음카드 앱(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 규정합니다.
2. 서비스 이용
- 서비스는 무료로 제공되는 기본 카드팩과 유료 카드팩으로 구성됩니다.
- 서비스 이용을 위해 별도의 회원가입은 필요하지 않습니다.
- 이용자는 관련 법령 및 본 약관을 준수하여야 합니다.
3. 인앱 구매
3.1 구매 유형
- 1회 이용: 선택한 카드팩을 1회 게임에 사용할 수 있습니다. 게임 종료 후 다시 잠깁니다.
- 소유(영구 구매): 선택한 카드팩을 영구적으로 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 번들: 여러 카드팩을 할인된 가격으로 구매할 수 있습니다.
3.2 결제
- 모든 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store를 통해 처리됩니다.
- 가격은 각 스토어에 표시된 금액이 적용됩니다.

- 기기 변경 또는 앱 재설치 시, 영구 구매(소유) 상품은 무료로 복원할 수 있습니다.
- 1회 이용 상품은 소비형 상품으로 복원되지 않습니다.

- 서비스는 Google AdMob을 통한 광고를 포함합니다.
- 카드팩을 소유 구매한 이용자에게는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
- 게임 진행 중에는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
5. 콘텐츠
- 앱 내 모든 질문 카드 콘텐츠의 저작권은 마음카드에 있습니다.
- 이용자는 개인적 용도로만 콘텐츠를 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 콘텐츠의 무단 복제, 배포, 상업적 이용은 금지됩니다.
6. 면책 조항
- 마음카드는 질문 카드 게임 서비스를 제공하며, 게임 중 이용자 간 발생하는 대화의 내용 및 결과에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
- 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 특정 목적에 대한 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.
- 네트워크 장애, 기기 호환성 등으로 인한 서비스 이용 불가에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
7. 서비스 변경 및 중단
- 마음카드는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
- 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.
8. 약관 변경
- 본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
- 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.
9. 준거법 및 관할
- 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

1. Service Overview
Heart Cards is a question card game app designed for groups to get to know each other better. These terms govern your use of the Heart Cards app (“Service”).
2. Use of Service
- The Service includes free basic card packs and paid card packs.
- No account registration is required to use the Service.
- Users must comply with applicable laws and these terms.
3. In-App Purchases
3.1 Purchase Types
- Single Use: Use a card pack for one game session. It locks again after the game ends.
- Own (Permanent): Permanently unlock a card pack for unlimited use.
- Bundles: Purchase multiple card packs at a discounted price.
3.2 Payment
- All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Prices shown in each store apply.

- Permanent purchases can be restored for free when changing devices or reinstalling the app.
- Single-use purchases are consumable and cannot be restored.
4. Advertising
- The Service includes advertisements via Google AdMob.
- Users who own any card pack will not see advertisements.
- No advertisements are shown during active gameplay.
5. Content
- All question card content is copyrighted by Heart Cards.
- Users may use the content for personal purposes only.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
- Heart Cards provides a question card game service and is not responsible for the content or outcomes of conversations between users during games.
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
- We are not liable for service unavailability due to network issues, device compatibility, etc.
7. Service Changes
- Heart Cards may modify or discontinue the Service.
- Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notices.
8. Changes to Terms
- These terms may be updated, with changes communicated through the app or this page.
- If you disagree with updated terms, you may discontinue use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
